Feedback
I have received neutral feedback today and I can't help but think the system needs some changing.
Obviously no one likes criticism or bad feedback etc but surely a better way to protect freelancers is to not allow neutral/negative feedback unless workstream communication or revisions have been offered or the freelancer is at least aware.
Not knowing something is wrong is disappointing and pointing out that revisions or engaging in communication before any negative review can be left will surely improve the user experience for clients and improve the standard of freelancers.
