    Hi Tracy, sorry to hear you're having some trouble. 

    As mentioned by our support team, we would recommend that you communicate with the buyer on the workstream and make it clear that you are keen to get the job delivered to their satisfaction. In most cases, these things can be resolved very quickly with some good communication through the workstream. 
     
    If you're still unhappy to reach an agreement, please reach out to the support team and they will look into this in more detail.
