THIS IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE!!!! My withdrawal account hasn't been approved yet. I posted a request here before.....the support team replied saying that I have to raise a ticket. I did that too. And I did not get any response from the support team. Please understand that I need the withdrawal account right now. My client is waiting for their project to be delivered. I already did all the things I could do to get help from the support team. PLEASE HELP NE HERE!!!!!! Thank you.

    Hi there, sorry to hear you're having some trouble. 

    We've looked into this and can see that your withdrawal account has not been approved as it doesn't match your name. Due to our T&Cs we cannot accept a withdrawal account if it is under any other name. 

    Please change this to get this resolved. A member of the team will reply to your ticket shortly.
