  • 3.5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed and paid for after that in the month.

For Sellers registered after May 13, 2015:

  • 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £375 | €520 | $560 earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.

For Sellers registered after March 21, 2017:

  • 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £500 | €600 | $650 earned in the month which has a 20% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.

From 1st March 2013, the Service Fee is now automatically calculated based on earnings (amounts paid by Buyers) in the calendar month, without need for cashback.   Find out more.

Why the difference between 20% and 5%

The 20% fee on the first £500 is where we make our profit. The standard 5% fee following that is a servicing fee which is as low as we can bring it to just recoup our costs and serve our customers.
