To contact the Customer Support team please kindly create a support ticket* which you can do when you click on this link here.
Please ensure that when you contact the team to include the email that is linked to your People Per Hour account and provide as much detail as possible.
Sometimes due to high demand for support, there may be a delay in getting back to you, however, typically you will get a response within 2 - 7 working days.
*Please be advised that due to how our internal system works, support tickets are sorted by the date of a customer's last reply. This means that if you were to submit more than one ticket, you will likely experience delays.

Our Customer Support team's opening hours are between 8 AM -4 PM UK Time, Monday to Friday.
