    Hi,

    I recently forgot my password and so tried a few times and my account got de-activated. I tried to do a password reset, waited for an email and didn't receive anything. I tried to log on to the help desk but it wouldn't let me access without being logged on which was impossible. very frustrating.

    I had to create a new account with another email address I have just to send this message.

    My original account which I want to use was registered to jainsiddharth009@gmail.com

    Please help.
