    Kelly - I had been told that a senior adviser was looking into this - that was yesterday! No one has been in touch since! When will this matter be rectified? When will the "Senior Adviser" be contacting me? When will PPH make this a priority to resolve as it involves PPH withholding payment without good reason? I have provided the legal documentation required, and explained this case repeatedly yet no one is helping me?

    I am chasing again to PLEASE ask that PPH  engage with me to help resolve this issue. 

    How can I either adjust my profile name to Selena Crosby OR can someone please explain why my payment methods are being rejected - is it because I use my married name as a profile name (Selena Brose) or is it another reason?
