    I am having a very difficult time reaching a buyer who is interested in talking me through the project.  You keep rejecting my messages to the buyer.  How do you propose this project will go through? This is absolutely horrendous and I cannot call anyone.  I get your emails, but I cannot call you.  Your customer service is ridiculous and not conducive to timely, remote working.

    Why do I get back same answer even? As if there is an AI trying to find few words and keeps replying me and closing the ticket? I have been trying to sort an issue for a month now.
