been waiting for over 7 days to have accounts verified
I have been trying to withdraw from my balance for a couple of weeks, firstly it was sent back as it turned out it wasn't verified this ended up with extra fees being added to my account. I have then re sent my id onto many forms and even to the staff members that very slowly respond but i still cannot withdraw at all and i have completed many jobs that i am awaiting payment for. This issue seems to be happening with many of your clients and i cannot believe with in the 10 years you have recently been celebrating you have not begun to sort these issues quicker. It is like trying to find your way through a maze to get in touch with anybody and when you do find means of communication then it is a robot that replies or your left days waiting for a very vague response!
Please resolve this issue!
