Bad Experience with PPH
I have already raised a ticket and get no response from you! Very bad customer support from PPH.
I have an issue with refund fees, I have paid £180 to a seller and he didnt completed the work and send me refund(100% seller mistake) but why you have detucted fee of £18 again?
Refund me £18 to my wallet and do the needful.

You have previously asked for customer support through our platform for the very same issue regarding other sellers and their work, therefore I am pretty certain you know how to use our support features. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FREELANCER AND PPH.
I posted a project on PPH for the first time, and was accepted by this freelancer. The project was supposed to be completed in 10 days. It has been more than 6 weeks, and no work has been shared. This freelancer has no intention to do any work and yet keeps asking for part payment. I have raised complaints with PPH customer service, raised a ticket, but nothing has been done so far. This was my first time on the People per hour platform.
I never had this type of freelance on any other sites.

People Per Hour is asking him to accept the refund request, and he will keep rejecting it, without checking out the freelancer's attitude and how he is behaving, will not resolve this issue. I was hoping the PPH support would investigate the situation and take action against this kind of behavior.
