Live chat support
I think the support team are really good and quick. But for people who need urgent help, I think a live chat service should be installed. I believe Zendesk who you are with provide one to use - it would just make support quicker and at the touch of a button rather than having to wait a day or more sometimes.
This would be beneficial, and I sincerely hope you think about my suggestion.

Hi please Why do all the jobs that appear to me automatically in order to send a propusal to them are complex and difficult jobs and are not my specialty as a front-end developer? Why do I not see, for example, building a landing page, building a website, modifying a website. How can I change this
