Live chat support
I think the support team are really good and quick. But for people who need urgent help, I think a live chat service should be installed. I believe Zendesk who you are with provide one to use - it would just make support quicker and at the touch of a button rather than having to wait a day or more sometimes.
This would be beneficial, and I sincerely hope you think about my suggestion.

Hi Need your help since yesterday I have been posting offer morr than 13 times still I am unable to post my offer . When I post my complete offer I receive email saying "Oops! Your Offer didn’t pass our moderation review" I really don't know my mistakes kindly review my offer and please tell me my mistakes so I will do correction. I need help in creating an invoice. I have added the account and its approved but still can't create invoice get same error as before adding account
