COMMUNICATION - AWFUL
Dear People per hour,
I have requested a refund for a project through your company on multiple occasions, with a total of 12 emails now spanning back 4 months. The customer service has been beyond poor. I was last told a resolution would be announced after 3 days its been four times that now in length and I have had enough now!!
It is bad enough that you allow fraudulent companies to advertise on your platform and now you have held my money for months without doing thing. Your customer service is terrible and you have now breached your own terms on 4 clauses.
If I don not get a reply by close of business Monday at 5:30pm UK time i will refund the money myself via my bank and paypal plus other funds that I have sent as compensation for the stress and time you have made me lose. You have until then to issue it me back in FULL.
In addition I will report you to both trading standards and the citizens advice bureau with all the evidence that I have amounted on how you trade.
This is my last and final warning.

Hello Luke,
I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I wish I could personally help. I need to ask you to be patient. It is a big amount of money (£600) and this means it takes longer to go through the dispute team and reach closure. We need to be very thorough with cases like this one.
