    Hello Luke,

    I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I wish I could personally help. I need to ask you to be patient. It is a big amount of money (£600) and this means it takes longer to go through the dispute team and reach closure. We need to be very thorough with cases like this one.

    It doesn't matter how much the amount is it still takes to long, support is appauling!!!!!!
    And they never answer questions correctly so it prolongs refund !
