    Hi Julia,

    As mentioned, please give the buyer time to pay the invoice and send them a message to remind them. If they stop communicating altogether and the deadline for the invoice has passed, then you can raise a dispute for our customer service team to look at.

    How long ago did you invoice them, and is the full amount in Escrow?

    I invoiced them on Wednesday 28th February (the work was sent back to them on Monday 26th February). They paid the deposit only into the Escrow.

    Technically, they have until Wednesday to pay. PPH will send them a reminder, I think.

    Sorry to intervene as it was a proposal and not an offer the buyer has 15 days to pay the invoice and if no payment is made then PPH will release the money held in the escrow only.

    Yes only if they don't pay but some buyers can be slow etc 

    Point to consider in the future all request 100% to be held in the escrow

    Okay. I have never encountered this before.

    It was a per hour project (not fixed) and I did not know how long it was going to take me. The final invoice was based on the hours I spent minus the deposit.

    Hi guys,I just want to ask you some questions.the client deposit 40£ for the project to start then after the project is done give him an invoice to pay me in full,after that he ghosted me and didn't seen my msg anymore.what I am going to do?is there a possible to get the money in full?
