New system aimed primarily at matching newer sellers with buyers

So now it seems I have to wait two hours before I can bid for a job. This is extremely unfair. Not only do experienced creatives/designers have to compete with an unfair playing field, ie people offered to do a job for £10 when it is clearly worth £100, we are now not allowed to bid for jobs as soon as they appear on PPH. What kind of system is this?!

Awful. Unfair. Unprofessional. Discriminatory.

    So what if your company isn't getting enough good reviews and you'd like to pay someone for some more and perhaps get rid of bad ones?

    Use PPH of course!

    Don't know if anyone is going to read this or not, but is anyone starting to receive spam mail from here at all?  I've starting receiving helpdesk notifications from a query I submitted about 2 years ago, were someone has just added a load of rubbish to the log?

    If you are subscribed to a thread, you'll be tld when updates are made, so it's no surprise if a spammer starts posting that you'll get emails.

    Haven't really seen it myself.
