    Don't agree. Send him an invoice for the originally agreed fee. Do not do any more work until he pays.

    He is not allowed to just reduce the budget or expect additional work for free.

    While you're at it email support@peopleperhour.com and tell them what a so and so this buyer is.

    Don't be intimidated.

    Hi Paul,

     

    Thanks for your response, it's been a huge help.

     

    I messaged PPH, raised the invoice and stopped all work.

     

    fingers crossed all will be sorted shortly.
