Payment Change and unfair buyer
AnsweredI'm dealing with a very unfair buyer for some t-shirt designs. We both agreed and discussed a set budget for the work so I completed the designs as asked but he wasn't happy with them so I re-designed them free of charge as a nice gesture. Yesterday I completed all of the new designs and sent the files over, after I had done this he sent me his 'new reduced budget'.
I don't know what to do because he now has all the files and want's to pay less for all the work I have done. He also had the spine to ask for more designs included with his reduced budget.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Don't agree. Send him an invoice for the originally agreed fee. Do not do any more work until he pays.
He is not allowed to just reduce the budget or expect additional work for free.
While you're at it email support@peopleperhour.com and tell them what a so and so this buyer is.
Don't be intimidated.
