The buyer bought a mailing list and does not want to pay me my receivables
He wants to recover the money but took the mailing list
And all of my clients are satisfied with the list,
Already filed a lawsuit earlier, but the administration is always biased to the buyer

  I did not put the issue of a dispute request, because previously done with other customer but the administration did not agree to return the money to me
  Although I have completed the work
  Did not get the value of the project and the value of the dispute
  I do not want to raise the issue because the administration will be rejected again and this an injustice

  Hi Yassine,

  Our team make an informed decision based on all the facts. In some cases the Buyer is at fault, and in others the Seller is at fault. We never favour a Buyer or Seller over the other. We just look at the facts and then make our decision.

  If you wish for this matter to be resolved you must proceed with a dispute. This opens up the channel for us to step in and settle the claim.

  Please help me
  he did it again
  The administration has rejected his request for a refund
  And a new request in the same moment, without any request to modify the file
  He violates the conditionsof PPH
  I've paid £5 for raise dispute and he do it again without any reson,I hope you to intervene, I do not want to raise another issue
