    This happens to me too, there are delays in received messages and sometimes some messages are not forwarded to my box , I believe it happens when you are connected to PPH (online) or if the Workstream page is open

    I am STILL NOT RECEIVING EMAIL NOTIFICATION of my customer messages. 

    I have set the email setting to 'Interesting' but I have been missing important messages and will likely lose a good job as a result of not realizing that the buyer had repeatedly tried to contact me.

    This problem is distressing and will affect my feedback.

    PLEASE HELP ME. 

    An example is the most recent job I applied for. This buyer has been very patient but I am likely to lose it despite being a favourite candidate because the buyer has been sending me messages for days ... but I was unaware.

    I do not have the time to check the PPH site every day for messages.

    PLEASE HELP ME!
