I have uploaded all of the documents and my PayPal account has been approved. Why can't I withdraw my funds?

  My seller escrow is inactive. My payment settings say 'We do not require any documents at this time.' and both my bank account and paypal account have been enabled. Please check into this, release my funds so I can withdraw them. Thanks.
