I have provided a copy of my ID and the details of my Paypal account, as requested ,to verify my identity, but I am still unable to make a withdrawal. Please advise what I need to do to be able to receive my earnings. Thank you.

  You have provided all the documents, thank you very much :)

  Indeed, the one missing is the one for the utility bill and I advise you to do the following:

  1. You can either proceed and send me another bill under your name, for example cell phone bill.

  2. You will have to proceed and send me your husband ID so I can match the name with the bill. Once you do so I will inform my payment team asap.

  You need verify your Peopleperhour account, so that you need to upload your National ID card, Passport or Dirving license.  Also a copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)  .

  Thank you for your comment, I have provided my passport info, and as I do not have utility bills in my name (they are all in my husbands) I have sent my Paypal information as requested. This was all sent several days ago but I still can not access my earnings and I have not been contacted by a customer support agent as I requested.

  My ID has now been reviewed and accepted, but they are still requesting a utility bill in my name which I do not have, everything is in my husband's name. How do I actually contact someone to sort this out? HELP!!!
