SELLER ESCROW IS INACTIVE

I have been paid but payment is showing as pending in workstream. When I go to my payments section, I can see my money is in escrow but when I try to get to it, there's a message saying: "

Your Seller Escrow is inactive at this point.

Need Help? Check out our Help section or Contact Us. In my settings it says you don't need anything from me. I have been paid for jobs in the past. Can you help me please?

It does to a degree but my buyer has paid the invoice its just showing as pending and has been for 2 days now
