Why PPH customer support is not responding since 23 days ?

    But the customer support never disclosed the reason or mentioned the client's name, which is not fair. It has been almost four weeks that I have been chasing this, but there has been no response from PPH customer support.

    Twice now I have created a support ticket and have got no reply and then been sent the email below, so I have to create another support ticket.  Is anyone actually handling support?
