Why PPH customer support is not responding since 23 days ?
My withdrawal has been restricted for the past 45 days, and the reason stated is an issue with a buyer. However, I have no issues with any buyer, nor have I received any message or complaint regarding any of my projects.
I have been trying to contact customer support for weeks, but I have not received any response. This is extremely frustrating as my funds are locked without any valid reason.
Please address this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I need access to my funds immediately.

Twice now I have created a support ticket and have got no reply and then been sent the email below, so I have to create another support ticket. Is anyone actually handling support?
