Client not responding to messages, invoice
Hi,
...I know, I know - never work above funds in the escrow. Yet, that´s what has happened to me. The client seems reputable, it´s a serious business even outside PPH and the reviews were good. We´ve been working on a rolling basis and the deadlines were tight so after 2 previous invoices were paid without a problem, I´ve finished the assignement without additonal escrow. The client thanked me for my job, but my final invoice is being ignored as are all my messages since. I see the client is online and I really hope this is just some kind of missunderstanding, but is it possible to get some mediation support from PPH in cases like this? Invoice was issued a week ago... Thanks in advance!

Same here, worked nearly the whole of December, on one job, buyer has 33% in escrow which eventually got released but that's it. After making over 250 images for this person, he completely ignored my request for payment and hasn't logged in since early January, I was wondering what can be done about this?
