Anyone not received payments - READ THIS
It seems that once again PPH has had issues with payments to paypal and payoneer since last thursday.
If this has affected you, please check your available money now. The request to withdraw may have been deleted and the money returned to your account, forcing you to withdraw again.
However there has been no communication to anyone to tell us this. Considering the time constraints on payments, this is unforgiveable.
If you withdraw before 12pm today, you should (theoretically) receive the money today - depending on your withdrawal method.
However, if you miss the 12pm deadline you'll be waiting another day.
Fingers crossed PPH will inform us about something at some point, but not counting on it. In the meantime, I'll keep updating here if I discover anything else and I encourage other people to do so too.

at least website is normal its good to know they are working on it, as for withdraw i dont think it will be soon, i belive it will take 2 to 3 days to solve that issue, as they aprove each withdraws manually and i don't think they can approve all those withdraw the request at once.
in this best i found is fiverr there withdraw is just one click away and get paid in my payneer with in 3 to 5 min maximum. same withdraw fees i pay to them and paid within 5 min.

I just don't think I can do this any more. It is so frustrating to have no info on these incidents. I have one client who I work with on here - but I am going to make sure the rest are offsite. I just can't rely on PPH any more.
I have built up my reputation to the point I am often in the top three writers and I am willing to give that up for working directly with my clients. What on earth am I paying for?

I was locked out of commenting last night - looks like usual service is resumed.
I have also had a Facebook message apologising and saying everything was back to normal. But no mention of when payments will be made. Surely back to normal means payment today?
I am going to do a small job this morning to get a £50 invoice and see if it is processed today as I would expect.

I finished a job yesterday, invoiced as normal, buyer released, withdrew funds to paypal and got an email shortly after saying processed so all seems back to normal at this point.
Its still frightening to know that these things could happen at anytime and there is absolutley nothing we can do about it apart from cause a fuss on twitter/fbook to be heard.

Im getting all the same info as everyone else. There seems to be around 3 or 4 stock messages floating around.
One that states withdrawals have been delayed due to issues surrounding increased requests
One that apologises for yesterdays outages and says everything is back to normal.(twitter)
And another that apologises for yesterdays outages (Facebook)
I see the outage and the delay to withdrawal as being separate issues that has become conflated in someones mind. I believe the withdrawal issues, which affected a handful of us, has probably been placed on the back burner in favour of the site-wide outage which affected everyone.
All I can say is don't be surprised if there are continued delays which will be blamed (now) on the outage.

Do you receive two emails?
as in my side, i receive two emails one when i send email and it says "You have submitted a new withdrawal request."
and then its approved "Your funds are on the way to your account."
after that 2nd email that also shows in transaction section that withdraws is approved i normally get money in payneer within 5 to 10 min or maximum 5 hour sometimes.
the process for withdraw is same like this one on paypal or its different as if it says its processed then you must get in your account within 5 to 10 min.

no - I meant I have 2 separate transactions that are pending. So two emails.
With PayPal the transactions are processed between 2pm and 3pm either the same day or the next day. And then you receive the "your funds are on the way to your account" email.
I haven't received one of these second emails since last week.

so does that mean I will be paid today for the request I have been waiting on since last Friday? Or are you just talking about the system crash from yesterday. I think they are separate issues. The payments have been blamed thus far on a backlog. Are you now changing your story?

Actually, credits are no good to me. Last time this happened, you gave us 10 credits and then wiped them at the end of the month. I don't need credits as all my work these days is word of mouth. I barely use them. What we all deserve is a refund of our transaction and paypal fees. -
James i write about Suresh many times on his copy-paste replies not related on issue i send open ticket like yesterday the screenshot i share here, after that I send two messages and still, i don't get any reply from him. and iam not sure it will get any reply today.
but if anyone that has receive email that they will receive payment today kindly those ones update here as soon they receive confirmation of payment.

Natalie is the customer support manager. You should be able to contact her via a support ticket if you have one open. She has assured me that I will be paid today.
I would ask directly for compensation too.
I don't think they have a handle on who has complained and who hasn't. I guess I am just more vocal than the average.
