Add funds for the whole job at once

It would be great to be able to add funds for the whole job in one go, even if only a partial deposit is required upfront. When working for a company, it's annoying to have to go through the process of getting a payment approved twice for what is only one job. Saving the card details doesn't help, because it still counts as 2 payments, therefore twice as much paperwork.

  Hi Sophie,

  You can deposit the whole amount into Escrow if you wish. It depends on the agreement between buyer and seller. It is not up to us. we only recommend what is required. Please have a read of our terms and conditions and our articles:

  I'm not a buyer, so I'm genuinely surprised that's how it works—you pay a deposit *and* then after the job is completed you pay the remainder of the fee?

  Hi Kelly, 

  There was no option for depositing literally anything other than the deposit amount. I could not choose a greater or lesser or any other amount. 

  The only option was to use some of the existing funds in my account, but that would just have subtracted from the deposit total and I would have been adding the remainder from the card. 

  I went out of the "accept proposal" section and into my profile to see if I could add funds through some other route but I could not see anywhere to do so. 

  If this option does exist it's incredibly well hidden.
