My Payoneer account got rejected in PPH

Hi,

I am Anuja Dampriya Vitarama.

My PPH account is named as Anuja Vitharama, but my Payoneer account is named as Anuja Dampriya. Now I can't link my Payoneer account to my PPH withdrawal account. Can't change the name also.

Whenever I tried it was rejected based on the "Payment under different names" method.

 

Please help me fix it.
