    can not log in because your supper buggy application does not allow to reset secret question. Please reset my secret question already. And you poor support is only available here and you replied week after I asked. I am going to put bad rating on trust pilot.

    please provide the feedback to your manager or boss that this is very bad, as this is only way how to get in touch with your company. Please have support that is available faster, it is 2020 already and how you are doing it now is considered as very bad practice

    I understand whats wrong. this link https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new only works from direct link, not when trying to open from menu at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us - 

    you are cheating people not to use that page.
