    Like you I have been waiting the same amount of time and this now seems to be the norm. Always the same no communication from management just cut and paste responses saying high influx of withdrawals which when you look at rankings don’t correlate with a 6 working day wait. There has certainly not been an increase in site sales since may. It is deliberate withholding of funds and I feel sorry for the guys on web chat (when working) who take the flack. Staffing is not a freelancers issue either as they can look to employ if they need to.

    I would hope Haris or Yanis will respond as they have done on other posts but I highly doubt it.

    Like others I am restricting the amount of work till the situation is clarified.

    After all we do pay 20% service and all we get is silence and a 6 working day wait.

    Same issue for me, as they state in their T&C’s withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours - they are in breach of their T&C’s.

    I will start telling my clients about the situation and will stop delivering their jobs until these issues are sorted out. When the buyers stop paying money, only then the people in PPH will realise.

    Has anyone been paid yet from the 23rd? I haven't and Dimitri messaged from support on Saturday saying she would investigate and silence since and my transactions are still pending.

    Nope, still nothing - also been told they are having technical issues so no payments will even be looked at today. I think they may be having cash flow issues.

    Ive also been waiting a week now for 3 withdrawals, been with PPH for over 8 years at a time when they use to call me lol, now it's beyond a joke the wait times.

    I got my payments from the 23rd November yesterday but there has been no comment to my complaints. It is very frustrating especially when they made no payments on Monday whatsoever. Just some official clarity from PPH management would be nice to ease concerns and let us know what is going on
