Severe Withdrawal Delays
CompletedI have given withdrawal request on 22nd Nov, and still there is no money paid. PPH is really going downhill. We need to think now before taking up new projects in this platform. All freelancers should start acting against such delays. This is purely unacceptable.
I am feeling PPH will close down soon with loads of unpaid money. So think before you take up new projects here.

Like you I have been waiting the same amount of time and this now seems to be the norm. Always the same no communication from management just cut and paste responses saying high influx of withdrawals which when you look at rankings don’t correlate with a 6 working day wait. There has certainly not been an increase in site sales since may. It is deliberate withholding of funds and I feel sorry for the guys on web chat (when working) who take the flack. Staffing is not a freelancers issue either as they can look to employ if they need to.
I would hope Haris or Yanis will respond as they have done on other posts but I highly doubt it.
Like others I am restricting the amount of work till the situation is clarified.
After all we do pay 20% service and all we get is silence and a 6 working day wait.

I got my payments from the 23rd November yesterday but there has been no comment to my complaints. It is very frustrating especially when they made no payments on Monday whatsoever. Just some official clarity from PPH management would be nice to ease concerns and let us know what is going on
