    Hi Emanuel.

I just wanted to bring this https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/articles/205218447-Withdrawing-Money to your attention, in case you hadn't read it. It states that for international transfers, it's not unusual for the transfer to take up to 7 days and for certain countries up to a month. I'm not affiliated with PPH in any way, I don't even know if you fall into one of the above high-delay categories and definitely not trying to underestimate your frustration - just adding some info.

Hope the issue is resolved soon for you. Have a good day.

    Hi

Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue with PPH and it seems to be worse towards to end of each month, not sure if there is a connection.  I find it very frustrating, inconvenient, and a real concern not knowing when much-needed funds will arrive.  In my contact with support yesterday I was told there was a technical issue when I enquired what this issue was I was told it's due to the number of withdrawals and they were not paying out anything yesterday.  Not sure if this is deemed as a technical issue?  Whilst PPH is not my main source of income but, have got a good set of regular clients I service via the site it's difficult to give both avenues of income the same attention when one is not paying in a timely fashion.  fingers crossed for our payout today.

I submitted a ticket for the same problem. I hope they can at least say that it really happens

Same here! I submitted a withdrawal request last Tuesday and still haven't received my money, I tried to submit a ticket much time but haven't received any response from their Customer Service.

    What is wrong with PPH?

I'm having the same issue, its been over a week, but literally as I was typing this comment the notification came through that my request has been processed, so thats a relief. The delay was damaging my ability to deliver the work on time. My real concern here though is that delays like this might be an indication that people per hour are in financial difficulty and holding on to payments in order to cover other expenses at certain times of the month ...

I have resorted to this comment because there is no support available! ...I am worried about the same thing Bill. I've been waiting for several days now for funds to be processed, after not having used PPH for some time. After returning to the platform, this doesn't fill me with confidence or enthusiasm for continuing. I am concerned that taking this long to process a request means that PPH are in financial difficulty. How can we have confidence to work with potential buyers on here if there is a risk we will both be left out of pocket? PPH you need to do better!

Same here - over for a week for me too. All of my withdraws pending from the 22nd April and it's now the 30th and STILL says processing. Definitely not the 48 hours claimed and if you want to withdraw to PayPal for a faster payment yet more expensive fees to pay.

I think if People Per Hour were a freelancer they would have had their account suspended.

I agree with you, Bill. I'm having a similar issue. My withdrawals are still pending after many days. It isn't very reassuring.  Plans are left tattered at the most critical moment.

It has been 7 days with me and I still didn't get my money and now when I contacted them they pick up an issue with the client from the previous year. LOL! They pick something that has nothing do with the delay instead of accepting their mistake. Every single cs agent is a nonsense and useless in pph support team.

Faced the issue for the very first time. I raised a ticket after 48 business hours. I got reply that due to some security check it a lot of payments are in queue. Lolz. Now its almost 10 days and I dropped 2 messages on the same toclet but none responded. Thinking of leaving PPH.
