    The same problem, I’ve made withdrawal requests on 23d and 26th April and they are still not completed. Cannot find how to write to support and I see that they don’t answer to anyone’s post here... Anyone knows what’s going on?

    It is a UK bank holiday so the support team will return tomorrow and there is no payments today

    Made my withdrawal on the 27th and it still hasn't been approved just say (Process Pending by PPH)

    Bit ridiculous that we are all waiting for payments, yet they don't keep staff on to work the bank holiday to process the massive backlog they seem to have!

    It seems to be some issue with the PPH payments system. I've also made two withdrawal requests on 25th and then on 30th. Both are still pending.

    No replies from PPH support.

    Does anyone knows what's happening here?

    Ideally they should have some folks working on holidays too. If not, we should be notified in advance about these holidays and the days support won't be available.

    Very irresponsible of PPH to do this.

    I am also facing the same issue I submitted my withdrawal request on 27th April 2021 and  had a conversation with their support on 30th April 2021 and he said payment will be processed by pph soon but its 4th May 2021 and its still showing pending by pph.

    Hate to break it to you folks but this has actually been going on since before at least the 22nd which was when I submitted my last request. The excuse has been that the withdrawal system is somehow broken and that there has been an increase in withdrawals in the last few weeks and they are struggling to cope but they are only saying this once people have put in complaints directly to customer services. It's not looking good.

    There's no way it is what they say it is.... I've been with PPH for a long time and I've never had this problem and customer support are usually quite helpful but you can tell they're trying to buy time.... if everyone is in the same boat then they're not processing anything at all and if they have huge backlogs, they'd be updating us and having people in working on a bank holiday. Something isn't right...

    Someone said on Twitter that they are about to go into administration.... I hope thats not true as I have an outstanding invoice plus deposit money sitting for projects I'm working on. Can't believe they are still taking money!

    I too have good amount of funds in PPH account. Got some new Clients on-boarding.

    @svapnil someone posted that they are going bust ie going out of business.... I thought our money was kept in an escrow though, that's what I can't understand

    I spoke to someone on Friday he just said they have some delays and that someone will get back to me, but nobody has and the support was taken down

    You can't go to the police station, you'd need to go through legal channels when it's a company.

    @mahbub they've been saying the same thing for weeks. They will escalate it, yet no one ever replies back! Something really dodgy going on. Read this

    No, and I don't think they're likely to, tbh if there was nothing going on I would have expected someone from pph to tell us off for spreading rumours at this point but they haven't addressed any of these comments.

    I have cancelled several of my bids to make sure I they don't lock me into anymore 'free' jobs and told some of my regular clients to email me instead. Main problem is the ones I've just finished and the one that's in progress. Feel like i've just wasted time for nothing.
