Withdrawal request (Process Pending by PPH)
I requested a withdrawal on 23rd April but the transaction has still not completed.
Could you investigate and add the money to my account please?

Hate to break it to you folks but this has actually been going on since before at least the 22nd which was when I submitted my last request. The excuse has been that the withdrawal system is somehow broken and that there has been an increase in withdrawals in the last few weeks and they are struggling to cope but they are only saying this once people have put in complaints directly to customer services. It's not looking good.

There's no way it is what they say it is.... I've been with PPH for a long time and I've never had this problem and customer support are usually quite helpful but you can tell they're trying to buy time.... if everyone is in the same boat then they're not processing anything at all and if they have huge backlogs, they'd be updating us and having people in working on a bank holiday. Something isn't right...

@mahbub they've been saying the same thing for weeks. They will escalate it, yet no one ever replies back! Something really dodgy going on. Read this

No, and I don't think they're likely to, tbh if there was nothing going on I would have expected someone from pph to tell us off for spreading rumours at this point but they haven't addressed any of these comments.
I have cancelled several of my bids to make sure I they don't lock me into anymore 'free' jobs and told some of my regular clients to email me instead. Main problem is the ones I've just finished and the one that's in progress. Feel like i've just wasted time for nothing.
