    First of all thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback - this is so invaluable to us.

    We are constantly listening to our community and evaluating any changes processed within our platform that can impact your experience either as a freelancer or a buyer.

    That being said we are always reviewing our product changes, fees amongst them, reducing any negative impact they may have to our users.

    I agree Dion 20% is killing me, most people order one off jobs and this new pricing strategy is worthless to most people.

    thanks for your comments.

    I don't know if you are aware of this, but since Monday we have updated our fee scheme (you can read more here)

    With this new fee structure we are trying to help and motivate our community to create sustainable relationships with buyers, a win-win situation for both sides.

    I agree, it's made it a bit pointless. I done a very quick, small job recently so wasn't a high paid one (which is fine), but what I was left with made it completely useless. Better off doing trusted survey sites and earning more. Thinking of closing my account.
