  Hi Maryem, 

  It's likely you're having trouble withdrawing your money as you're still within the 2 week clearing period. 

  The latest any freelancer will have access to their funds is 18 days - 14 days clearing (including weekends) and 48hr withdrawal (working week days).

   

  If you find that you are waiting more than 18 days for funds, please get in touch by emailing support@peopleperhour.com and a member of the team will investigate further.
