I will request all my freelancing community that please don't make any account with people per hour as a freelancer.
Because You will apply as a freelancer and the team of people per hour is so intelligent that they will always approve your account as a buyer/client.
Even if you will request for the deletion of your account the team of people per hour will approve your account as a buyer/client.
Keeping all this in view I think it's a wastage of time to make any request with the team to delete the account.
I know you will again approve my account as a buyer/client.
