Refund from Escrow Request

We have been refunded for a project and the money is sitting in PPH escrow. Our account says PPH refunded our credit card for £55 but actually only credited £15. I can't see a way to contact support other than through this post. Grateful for any pointers!

  Ah! They sent it to two sources. We paid using two different sources. My bad. I'll get my coat... :)
