    You can read more about our paying freelancers here. 

    If the Freelancer has mistakenly raised the invoice for the incorrect amount, or if the job has not been completely finished, then you can reject the invoice by using the drop-down menu on the invoice in the WorkStream and let the Freelancer know why.

    We have also raised a ticket for you on our customer service system to chat through it all, a member of the team will get back to you as soon as they are available.
