Account Approval
Hi there!
I have recently re-join PPH and found out that my profile doesn't come out in any search. A colleague who tried contact with me has received a message that I am not approved Freelancer of PPH, thus you cannot make contact. When I tried to verify my account with ID document under Payment Tab, it says We do not require any documents at this time.
I am not really sure if this caused by a bug or something or if I am doing something wrong.
I'd be grateful if you can help me.
