Buyers taking undue advantage of PPH buyer protection
Dear PPH Team,
I want to put my concern regarding the buyers who take undue advantage of PPH platform.
I experienced two cases with me recently where I worked with two freelancer on the asked tasks and have completed the respective jobs as per their brief in due time. Still, they suddenly stopped the workstream and raised a refund request which has been approved by PPH so easily.
I know platform like this are mainly favorable to buyers but they should look at the workstream and can atleast make the arrangement of partial payment to the freelancer seeing his/her effort and time taken.
