Complaint with developer
I have been working with an app developer who claimed he would undertake the development of an app within 7-8 weeks. It has now been over 8 months and he has doubled the amount initially requested. The app he has developed is faulty and will not work on any platform. He is stating unless I release all the funds he will not give me the codes I need to go to another app developer. I have already paid him 50% for the work done and it is rubbish. Keeps crashing, spelling mistakes and doesn’t work on certain devices. What can I do about this as I have paid for the rights to the code.
