Project not marked delivered.

Hi, I had delivered a project long back on 24th Feb, but I got an email from PPH saying that I still haven't delivered and the client is now entitled for a refund. I am new on PPH, so perhaps I do not know what gets a submission marked delivered. Please note that I have already submitted the project a month back and the client also accepted it. Please help me out here!
