    Don't expect any help from PPH, I have the same dispute and its been going round the same loop for months. Terrible organisation I would suggested moving to another freelancer site.

    Personally as a freelancer- the buyer response is irrelevant and unless they told you prior to you commencing work then you should be entitled for the full payment as agreed . PPH will most probably do a 50% refund if it went to dispute where you will get less after the dispute fee and commission. It seems a bit of a scam.
