My client asked for a refund but i provided my work.
Hey,
I provided the agreed work and raised the invoice. My client didn't accept my invoice and asked for a refund. The people per hour team refused his refund request. Now what I have to do now. How can I receive money for my work?

Personally as a freelancer- the buyer response is irrelevant and unless they told you prior to you commencing work then you should be entitled for the full payment as agreed . PPH will most probably do a 50% refund if it went to dispute where you will get less after the dispute fee and commission. It seems a bit of a scam.
