As i mention Suresh regarding his Legend support before this morning, lol anyone here that want to see his next reply?
i can sure if i ask this is not ans of my question and you have to read my question then his next reply will be i will direct you to our senior support supervisor.
Many times when i first reply get from Suresh he give general copy paste ans and same thing i asked before he always directs me to his supervisor.
its best way to waste to waste some time until they come up with real solution to problem that everyone facing here.

Pretty sure this is relating to PPH insisting that any buyer who has money sitting in their PPH account has been asked to withdraw it. This seems to have led to a run on withdrawals (why they couldn't have predicted this, I don't know).
So this reply to you Abbas seems to think you are a buyer, not a seller. Its telling you to spend your money or withdraw it. And to accept that it might take a long time to get your money back.
But as you are a seller - it is nonsensical. But the message is the same... You will just have to wait until it is your turn to get your money.
I am so cross about this. I don't know why they can't work out who has requested payment for work done and who is requesting a refund from their account. Surely the former should be prioritised.

I apologize for the delayed response. I kindly ask you to be patient as we have been receiving an unprecedented amount of withdrawal requests which will be resulted in delays.
Thank you for your patience and if you have any other inquiry please let me know.Tells me nothing...

Last time I asked and received 10 free credits. At that time they were useful to me, but they disappeared at the end of the month and did not roll over. So I didn't have the chance to use them all.
This time I don't need credits, I have all the work I need for the next few weeks. What I want is for PPH to feel this in the pocket - financially.
The fact many people have stopped working for the time being has to have affected them. I have a paid invoice sitting in my account that I am unsure about requesting. I'm not giving them the fees unless I know I'll get the money.
And they can't blame PayPal this time because people are finding payments to bank accounts are taking several days too.
