Seller's feedback
Before you decide to work with a Seller you can look at a Seller's feedback rating and and reviews on their profile page. All reviews for an Hourlie are also listed on the Hourlie page. We recommend you read those before you hire someone as that is a reflection of their track record.
Payment for Job Done
When you purchase an Hourlie or accept a proposal you are asked to make a payment into an Escrow account. Sellers are not paid until you are happy with the work they have delivered and confirm the release of payment when you receive the Seller's invoice.
Dispute resolution
In the rare cases that you and your Seller disagree over whether they have delivered the work and are entitled to be paid, PPH Customer Support provide dispute resolution.
Refund/ cancellation penalties
As if not getting paid wasn't enough incentive then Seller's rankings (and therefore ability to win more work on PPH) get penalised for cancellations/ refunds due to not delivering for their Buyer.
